It is with great enthusiasm that I write to support Cyrus Dahmubed for Ward 4 at-large city councilor. Cyrus brings a new energetic voice to our city politics, supporting policies that will make Newton more affordable and inclusive. He supports climate action and sustainable development; housing choices for young families, city workers and older residents; vibrant local villages that can support small businesses; and mixed residential and commercial development to strengthen our tax base.
He is smart, creative and compassionate. His background in architecture and community planning will serve us well as he navigates complex development decisions. But most importantly Cyrus is a truly collaborative person who will be a positive and unifying presence on the City Council.
I am totally excited to support Cyrus along with Josh Krintzman, the current City Councilor from Ward 4. Together Josh and Cyrus will be strong advocates for all of Newton. They are running At-Large and all residents of Newton can vote for them. You can find out more about Cyrus at cyrus4newton.org.
Please join me in voting for Cyrus, a candidate with a real vision for making our city better for all residents, along with Josh, one of our most effective City Councilors.
Together, Josh and Cyrus will get things done and move Newton forward.
