In re: Councilor charters housing development discussion:

As one of the abutters to 60 Brookside Ave., I would like to point out that the majority of neighbors and abutters to this project are still against it.

Four units, with eight cars in an underground garage, is too dense for our street. We will be resubmitting our petition with over 30 signatures and are thankful we have this extra time to do so with this item chartered, when so many people are on vacation.
