Dear Editor:

I think the last debate between Ed Markey and Seth Moulton showed that it is not simply age, but energy. Mr. Markey simply does not have the energy to fight Trump and deal with the massive international and local problems we face from climate change, the wars in Iran, Israel and Ukraine to the high cost of insurance, gas and food.

Furthermore, Markey has not been transparent about his total income. He has not disclosed his wife’s tax returns, and she is the major breadwinner in the family. Seth has disclosed all his tax returns.

An example of Seth’s energy is his organization Service America, which has flipped 24 House seats from red to blue. The best way to fight Trump is to beat MAGA by recruiting and supporting candidates in swing states.
