The city held its SpringFest carnival outside City Hall on Saturday, complete with rides, games, an art display and more.

If you were there. you probably noticed large rectangular murals posted around the grounds, created by students.

On Sunday, the city held its Salute to Service Parade, in lieu of a Memorial Day parade, to celebrate the 250th anniversary of the founding of the nation.

Both events were graced with perfect weather, which was quite a change from the previous weeks.

Check out these photos from the weekend’s events.
