City council candidates we need now: Cyrus Dahmubed and Garry Miller. Cyrus will bring the required skills and energy. He has both the vision and experience that Newton clearly requires at this time. He has my full support for Newton City Council.

With his experience in architecture and planning, he knows how open space, historic architecture and retail all can thrive in Newton. He is prioritizing properly funding the shared resources that make Newton wonderful: our schools, open spaces, and infrastructure. I have observed him campaign as a listener, a clarifying responder, and an obvious lover of Auburndale and Newton. We are lucky to be able to vote for this vivacious leader.

Garry Miller wants to listen and to serve. I am enthusiastically supporting Garry Miller in Ward 5 because he is running “to be the first person to call when you have a question or a concern as a resident.” Constituent service and responsive representation is a marvelous commitment! On top of this, Garry has a record of solving problems and both the skills and experience in working in collaborative ways. Garry has excellent schools, our environment and improved infrastructure as priorities for his advocacy at City Council. His approach and his priorities make him a terrific candidate.
