This weekend has a ton of music for those looking to relax with some tunes. From country music on Friday to Indian dance on Saturday and a sing-along Sunday, this is the time to indulge your ears in the sweet sounds of summer.

We’re in for another weekend of sunny skies and temperatures in the 80s, so outdoor concerts come with an added benefit of comfort.

Here are five things to do in Newton this weekend.

Friday, Aug. 8

From 6 to 10 p.m., listen to country duo Martin & Kelly, and stick around to watch “Sing 2,” at the Hyde Bandstand, 90 Lincoln St.

At 6:30 p.m., Another Age Productions, 19 Needham Street, Suite 207, is hosting a “A Party for Your Inner Child,” a fundraiser and immersive experience with a taco bar, mocktails, a silent auction, a photo booth, a fear-dissolving ritual and a chance to slime someone.

Saturday, Aug. 9

From 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., head over to Newton North High School for the Saturday Farmers Market.

From 4 to 7:30 p.m., celebrate Indian culture with food, Bollywood dance and music and more at the Hyde Bandstand, 90 Lincoln St.

Sunday, Aug. 10

From 6-7:30 p.m., listen to Cross Street perform rock, folk and Americana music at the Newton Centre Bowl near Tyler Terrace.
