Mark your calendar and save your appetite. The Charles River Chamber is planning a party for your taste buds.

On April 7, the Chamber will host Spring Seasonings: Taste of the Towns—a largescale tasting event featuring food from the region’s businesses—and a bunch of Newton restaurants are included.

Spring Seasonings will run from 5:30 to 8 p.m. at the Newton Marriott, 2345 Commonwealth Ave. Restaurants from the Chamber’s four communities will be represented, doling out some 0f their signature offerings for you to try.

The Newton establishments at Spring Seasonings will be:

  • O’Hara’s, Newton Highlands
  • Baramor, Newton Centre
  • House of Tandoor, Newton Centre
  • Oak n’ Barrel, Newton Centre
  • Market Tiamo, Newton Centre
  • Thistle and Leek, Newton Centre
  • Better Life Food, Nonantum
  • Bettina’s Bakery, Nonantum
  • The Biltmore Bar & Grille, Upper Falls
  • Dunn-Gaherin’s Food & Spirits, Upper Falls
  • Blue Ribbon BBQ, West Newton
  • Flora’s Wine Bar/The Beer Mobile, West Newton
  • Hilliard’s Chocolates, West Newton
  • NaisLee Catering/The Lavender Café, West Newton
  • Ninebark, West Newton
  • Paddy’s Pub, West Newton
  • Cabot’s Ice Cream & Restaurant
  • Da La Posta, Newtonville
  • Fiorella’s, Newtonville
  • Fuji at Newton, Newtonville

You can visit the Chamber website to see a full list of the nearly 50 restaurants slated to make this festival of flavors memorable.

There will also be beer, wine and liquor shops offering sips.

Tickets are $75 for members and $85 for non-members. A portion of the proceeds will benefit Three Squares New England, a nonprofit that fights hunger in Eastern Massachusetts.

You can buy your tickets online. No tickets will be sold at the door.
