Amy Sangiolo is clearly the best choice to succeed Kay Khan as state representative. I met Amy in 1997 when she first ran for a seat on the Newton City Council. I endorsed her because she seemed to have the energy, determination and “smarts” to make a serious contribution to governing the City of Newton.

For the past 27 years, I have watched Amy Sangiolo more than justify my initial confidence in her. I served on the board of aldermen/city council with her and worked with her on many issues, community projects and political campaigns. She is quite ready to apply her talents, plus her wealth of experience in public affairs, to the work of the Massachusetts legislature.

I urge you to vote on September 3 for Amy Sangiolo.
