The Friends of The Newton Free Library are once again (for the 5th time) hosting a Mini-Golf Weekend. Come see the Newton Free Library transformed into a mini-golf course that winds through the stacks on the second floor and finishes on the first floor. Will your skills allow you to get a hole-in-one coming down the back steps near the Teen Room?? On Saturday evening, October 3rd (21+), enjoy your round of golf, catered food, desserts, 2 drinks (beer/wine), entertainment by Elaine Woo and Friends and a great silent auction. Sunday morning, October 4th is for families. Enjoy your round of golf, a continental breakfast, coffee, tea, etc., treats for the kids, the silent auction and a chance to say hello to our loveable best friend, Leo, thanks to the Newton Police.
