The Congressional Management Foundation has announced winners of its 2025 Democracy Awards, and one of them is going to the office of U.S. Rep. Jake Auchincloss, D-Newton.

Auchincloss’s team won in the constituent services category, something for which the congressman said he felt especially honored.

“Winning this category reflects outstanding attention to detail, empathy, and persistence in solving constituent problems,” Auchincloss said, thanking his staff for their hard work. “Dana, Stephanie, Catarina, Kian, Ishaan, and Michael do a tremendous job for the Massachusetts Fourth, and I’m pleased that they are recognized for it.”

The constituent services award spotlights dedication to resolving individual issues with personalized support.

“CMF is proud to announce the winners of this year’s Democracy Awards,” CMF CEO Jen Daulby said. “These offices demonstrate that excellence in public service is not only possible, it is already happening. But the Democracy Awards are about more than recognition. They are about setting a standard and lifting up models of excellence to show what’s possible when congressional offices are committed to service, effective management, and innovation. These winners remind us of what Congress can be at its best.”
