We are thrilled to announce that Jazz Tapestry will be able to step in for this same date – featuring Billy Novick, clarinet/vocal, Tomoko Iwamoto, violin and Greg Toro, double bass. Both traditional and eclectic, this violin, clarinet and bass jazz trio takes their unique sound and weaves you through the Great American Songbook. Billy Novick is an internationally recognized jazz musician who has appeared in hundreds of well-known recordings and films, Tomoko Iwamoto a classically trained “jazzy violinist” and the centerpiece of numerous Boston area ensembles, and Boston native Berklee-trained bassist Greg Toro, the anchor of this terrific trio.
