Become a Hospice Volunteer!
Bring comfort, companionship and support though friendly visits. You can make a meaningful difference in the lives of hospice patients, as a volunteer.

Good Shepherd Community Care is a non-profit, non-sectarian hospice, founded in Waban in 1978, and now serves the Greater-Boston area.

This comprehensive training, held at our office in Newton, prepares volunteers to visit our patients in the Greater-Boston area.

We are seeking volunteers to visit patients for:

• Companionship support & friendly visits
• Pet Therapy
• Reiki Therapy
• Massage Therapy
• Bereavement support

and for
• Administrative support at our Newton office (projects of all types available)
