Hopefully you were able to cheer on Newtonians at the 129th Boston Marathon on Monday.
The Newton Beacon has compiled a list of running times for all of Newton’s charity runners. Times listed here are net times.
Finishing a marathon at all is a huge accomplishment that reflects months of grueling training regimens, so if you know one of these runners, send them congratulations. The main winners are Newton charities, who have received tens of thousands of dollars on behalf of their worthy causes thanks to their marathon runners.
