NewTV’s Annual Membership Meeting will be held as a hybrid style meeting on Wednesday, March 18 at 6:00pm. Members can choose to attend in person at the NewTV studio or via Zoom. Doors will open for our in-person attendees at 5:30PM; light refreshments, networking, and tours will be available immediately following the meeting. The meeting will include the approval of 2025 Annual Meeting Minutes, departmental and financial reports, and the election of two (2) candidate to the NewTV Board of Directors.
Members must be in good standing as of Wednesday, February 25 at 6:00PM, in order to be eligible to vote in the election. Due to the hybrid format of this meeting, voting will be completed both with paper ballots for those attending in person, as well as with an online form for those attending via Zoom. The online voting form will also be available to those unable to attend the meeting but who still wish to vote. Online voting will be available from Wednesday, March 11 at 10:00AM through Tuesday, March 17 at 6:00PM. Paper ballots will be distributed to in-person attendees upon their arrival. Voting will include the election of two board members and the approval of 2025 Annual Meeting minutes.
Official invitations have been sent through both postal mail and email to active NewTV members in good standing. Zoom and online voting information will be sent upon RSVP to those who choose to attend virtually. Members unable to attend the meeting can also request the online voting ballot.
