PANELISTS:
JODY ADAMS, award-winning Chef and Restaurateur, oversees several highly acclaimed restaurants in the Boston area including Trade, Porto, and Saloniki. She received the James Beard Award for Best Chef in America (Northeast) in 1997.
AYR MUIR is the founder and former CEO of Clover Food Labs, and Boston’s 2018 Restaurateur of the Year.
DR. ALICE LICHTENSTEIN is the Stanley N. Gershoff Professor of Nutrition Science and Policy at Tufts University, Director of the Cardiovascular Nutrition Team at the HNRCA, and a nationally recognized expert on the interplay between diet and cardiovascular disease risk.
DR. WILL MASTERS is Professor of Food Economics and Policy at Tufts University, and leads the “Food Prices for Nutrition” project. He is a Fellow of the Agricultural and Applied Economics Association and former editor of the Agricultural Economics Journal.
