Join the Newton Cultural Alliance for an Artist Talk with Tira Khan. Documentary and montage photographer, Khan, explores the meaning of family, portraiture, and place with her current solo art exhibit at The Allen Center, “Interiors: Between Refuge and Restraint.” Refreshments will be served starting at 6:30 pm and the lecture will begin at 7:00 pm on Thursday, February 27th. The exhibit will be on display in The Allen Center first-floor gallery from January 23rd – March 4th, 2025 with open hours 12-2 pm on Thursdays. Sponsored by the Newton Cultural Council.
