DESCRIPTION:This Trivia Night is an LGBTQIA+ Socials event\, sponsored by the Newton Dept. of Older Adults at the Cooper Center for Active Living in collaboration with the Newton Free Library. \nCome for an evening of LGBT themed Jeopardy and test your knowledge of LGBT history\, people\, and culture. Bring a phone or other internet-capable device in order to buzz in. Opt-in to play or cheer on\, all skill levels welcome! Prizes to first and second place winners! \nBring your dinner\, invite a friend. Snacks and beverages provided. 18+\, intergenerational\, LGBTQ plus allies. DESCRIPTION:Are you interested in helping a member of our community learn English? Join the Newton Free Library’s English Language Learning Program! An hour a week (in person or online) can make a real difference in the life of an English learner.
