DESCRIPTION:Do you love to sing? The Newton Community Chorus is begins its 43rd season this Fall and welcomes new members of all voices to audition. We’re a Newton tradition. Our rehearsals begin on Monday\, September 9th at 7 pm until 8:45 pm\, and continues on Monday nights at the Newton Country Day School\, 785 Centre Street in Newton. \nWe’re open to all singers of all ages—we’re a warm\, friendly and dedicated group conducted by Richard Travers\, a retired teacher at Newton North High School and a long time choral director in the area. \nAuditions will be held on Monday\, September 9th\, 16th and 23rd. It’s an easy process—no need to sweat.
